Vuyo Steven Mkhalalo

Vuyo Steven Mkhalalo is a registered social worker (SACSSP) based in Orlando East, Gauteng. He holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Nelson Mandela University (2019–2022) and has completed a Report Writing Certificate in 2024. Vuyo is fluent in IsiXhosa, English, Zulu, and Sesotho.

With extensive experience in psychosocial assessments, counseling, trauma support, community outreach, and school programs, he has worked with NICRO, the National Association of People Living with HIV and AIDS, and the Gauteng Departments of Health and Education. Vuyo’s skills include empathy, relationship building, independent work, supervision, and computer literacy, making him an asset in both individual and group social work settings.
