Dr Kagiso Motshwane

Dr. Kagiso Motshwane is a compassionate and motivated medical doctor with over five years of clinical experience spanning emergency medicine, primary healthcare, and hospital management. He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MBChB equivalent) from the Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Cienfuegos in Cuba and a Diploma in Primary Emergency Care from the Colleges of Medicine South Africa. Fluent in English, Setswana, Spanish, Afrikaans, and conversational Zulu, Dr. Motshwane brings a multicultural and patient-centered approach to healthcare.

His expertise includes chronic disease management, trauma resuscitation, minor surgical procedures, preventive healthcare, and patient education. He has served in leadership roles, such as Principal Clinical Manager at Lenmed Wilmed Park Hospital, and has worked across public and private health facilities, including Life Fourways Hospital and Medicare Private Hospital. With certifications in BLS, ACLS-EP, ATLS, PALS, EMSB, and trauma-focused emergency care, he is passionate about family-centered, holistic, and community-based healthcare, as well as mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.
