Hope Mathole

Simphiwe Hope Mathole is a registered Counselling Psychologist (HPCSA: PS0150525, BHF: 1015052) based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from North West University and has extensive experience working in rehabilitation, education, career counselling, and employee wellness. Simphiwe currently runs a virtual private practice, offering career counselling, employee wellness programs, and training workshops. In addition, she lectures at the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) and supervises psychology students in clinical practice.

With professional experience across hospitals, universities, NGOs, and private practice, Simphiwe has provided therapy, psychometric testing, group facilitation, and wellness interventions. She has also coordinated national health projects, founded a women’s empowerment NPO, and worked with organizations like Charis Psychological Services, October Health, and Higher Health.
